Personally, I am never disappointed in Wyoming as a NR. Yeah sure, some years I don't draw squat. But when I do, I feel like I get great bang for the buck... you basically have numerous chances to fill with an additional option of archery season except for type 9 hunts. Understandable given the situation, I wish that this winter didn't happen myself, other than needed moisture... I think most people are trying to hope for the best out this, I would just really temper expectations... it's not great out there. -

Winterkill started long before applications even opened, by the time apps were due it was fairly common knowledge it was going to be bad… Then it continued to snow for another month after that. There’s quite literally a ton of post through various forums on the matter…not trying to be... -

Sheep had 36k+ applicants, 330ish tags a year, 40-50 year window for sheep hunters physically.... 2/3 of us will die with sheep points, likely more with people jumping back into the pool... Fact. I'm 32 years in... I'll apply as many places as I can in the hope of drawing 1...- sneakem
