I have a 15' Tundra Crew. I put fox 2.0 shocks and 4" RC lift with 275/60r18 AT tires on it. The company who installed the lift screwed up on tightening the front end and alignment came out within a few months so I had to replace two tires but that is nothing against the truck. Only 75k miles so...
look at that new Howa Randy Newberg edition. topped with a scope and has a nice stock. Guaranteed to shoot sub moa i believe.

I had to swap an archery elk tag for a rifle elk tag this year and found luck on a couple facebook hunting pages. you might try 208Hunters facebook group.
For real??? Are these the ones? I might have to go check these out! I picked up some Prana's from Gohunt when they had a killer sale. Love those pants. These look similar.
:) I was actually a good boy. I did not lift my arm over my shoulder and i didn't lift more than 10 lbs. Thankfully, my wife can take care of biz and I had friends nearby to help pack.
they gave me permission to hike but not lift. So hiking I did. This bull was roughly 3 miles in. I honestly never have felt better hiking in the hills. Technology is amazing!
Check your state regulations on minimum draw weight. I'm guessing you should be fine.
My wife is shooting a Hoyt Charger. Her draw weight is right at 60 lbs and she is shooting Easton DaTorch 480 spine arrows with 100 grain G5 broadheads. I think her draw length is about 28 inches.
We put the least effort into this years hunt in all of our years archery elk hunting. Typically, we are setting cameras and scouting starting early July. This year however, I found out I needed a pacemaker and I was in no condition to be hiking hard until I got one implanted. On August 23, I...
I've hunted the state three times, a total of about 30 days and have yet to see a fish and game cop or even a police officer for that matter. I hope we see one this fall when we return.
Since securing a Sawtooth Elk A tag, I found out that I had to have a pacemaker implanted. That surgery happened just this past Friday and the restrictions will not allow me to hunt the archery season. I will have clearance by the rifle season though. I called IDFG licensing and found out that...
I used to be a lab guy but after hunting behind and being around more Griffon's, I will myself be getting a Griff next. They are great hunters, don't shed and fantastic family/house dogs...at least the one's I've been around.
Well, I didn't draw last year off 23 applications that I would guess averaged 3% to 4% odds. I drew a tag the year before that had roughly 4% odds. And I drew a NM unit 30 barbary tag this year...so far. So far, Wapiti's simple calculation is good enough for me.
Interesting thoughts in here...
