I whole heartedly agree and I appreciate the opinion but if I can find a good house that needs a little tlc, pay off two vehicles, and put $40-50 grand in my pocket; it may be time even if it isn't the ideal time. A good problem to have.- kenton

Im looking at a refi at 2.9% but a wrench just got tossed into the gears. Realtor says he can sell my house in a week for at least $275k when I bought it three years ago for $170k. Might move on to the next abode for that kind of profit.- kenton

Conservation Content On Our Channels
I love the conservation content and I think most people that have at least a slight understanding of why and how we have the wildlife we have like it as well. Propane Tank Payoff
For my work I contract 7,000 gallons a year in 11 tanks all underground. Being able to ask for bids from 5 or 6 companies really reduces the cost. Moultrie cameras are junk
Brownings are the best bang for the buck. I do like the models that need 8 batts better but they are all good.- kenton
