My buddy Noah Harrison took these. We had strong winds and freezing temps but Lake Erie hadn't frozen over yet so water was getting blown all over and then freezing. These went viral back in 2019 but the weather channel just picked them up so they are making the rounds again.
The funny thing is that up to and including last year he was an absolute roamer. He would routinely be seen in an area almost 15 miles wide. This year he pretty much stayed on one farm from what I hear.
