    Yep, I checked this morning, and no results, checked again on a hunch and they are out. Congrats! I drew a late muzzleloader deer hunt this year with only 20 tags in the unit.

    I think Crapo may have had the same concerns as Risch...Risch wanted the chance for amendments and wanted more state and Congressional oversight essentially. I summarized a call-in Risch made to a radio show earlier in the thread. Glad to see the act moving forward!!

    Brymoore, isn't the only restriction for NR's on the second draw the 10% NR cap, hence the lower possibility for a NR to draw in the second chance?
