Everything is either imr or hodgdon. I can get some winchester, shooters world, and western but no one uses any of it except for the winchester. To make any of it profitable you have to get a lot at a time. The shipping charges on hazmat are crazy now.
Primers are still the hardest things to get. Powder is getting easier. Have gotten over 100# in the last month. Have only received 15k primers with 10k being 209. Ammo is definitely coming back. Might not be the exact thing you want but there's something available for every caliber.
Supposedly it's a totally new design. The bullet shape is like the eldx, different groves for less flight resistance, and polymer tip. Right now the 180 is the only one actually available in 30 caliber.
If these are as accurate as the eld when the others start showing up I'll definitely get...
Has anyone tried any of these yet? As of right now there's only 120 for 6.5 and 180 for 30 cal. I'm sure there's other calibers available but those are the only 2 I load. I'm hoping to see different weights in those 2. 120 is a little light for me in my prc and 180 is a little heavy for my 308...
Unfortunately I haven't been able to hunt my home state in awhile. With all the land being leased anymore it's cheaper to go out of state and hunt. The closest public land to me is 2 hours away and the last time I went there you needed to bring your own rock to have a place to stand.
After taking the information you gave me I did some investigating and the rear sight would reflect that of a type 38. The type 38 has a v notch rear with the flip up and a type 99 has a peep sight.
I wouldn't fire it for sure. When I picked it up to look into the chamber the bolt just fell out...
It's not my rifle so I can't take anything apart. When I was taking pictures I got distracted after I was trying to get a clear picture of the only markings on the receiver. What I can say is it's a single shot, bolt action, bolt lift is 90 degrees. I'm still thinking 1908 Brazilian mauser. With...
I was thinking a 1908 mauser. It has no import marks. The only marks are in the pictures. And like an idiot I didn't take any pictures of the complete rifle.
The titanium is available. The fft isn't. There's also different titanium models available. Your local guy was probably pricing you the more expensive one. Msrp of 2599 with a minimum of 2499. There's absolutely no way anyone could sell it for $400 less than msrp because that's less than dealer...
As of right now no one has received any of these. I checked with 3 different distributors. I could put one on backorder for you but more than likely everyone will get them all around the same time.
I wouldn't get too comfortable with stuff starting to come back. Every 9mm and 5.56 that was available through my distributors vanished over the weekend. Over the last 2 weeks I have gotten 3 cases of 12 gauge target load, 2 cases of 243, 2 cases of 7.62x39, 20 boxes of 12 gauge slugs, and 10...
