    I feel the same way...and I am an Arizona native. Just one question though. What does Arizona have that Idaho doesn't? Just trying to figure out why drawing an Arizona tag is so imprtant to soemone who can hunt the same animals in their own state, without the draw in most cases.

    Ithaca, who is the ATV crowd? Is it the 16 year old on the Yamaha Raptor tearing up everything in his path or is it the 60 year old retired hunter that obeys and respects the laws? I am unclear on who exactly the ATV crowd is since I don't own one.

    No more calls will be necessary. That will suffice. It is legal to retrieve game on state land per page 2 of the attached url. Arizona Game & Fish ATV Brochure Both the BLM and the Tonto National Forest referred me back to the game and fish department. So who enforces this law?
