Thanks! I was looking at that one but without first hand knowledge of the company I was a little hesitant. Appreciate the vector!

Sure! I filed the break-in claim as an auto claim. They came back and told me that auto would only cover contents to $2400 or something like that so they were moving to my homeowners policy as a stolen goods claim. I use USAA for both auto and homeowners insurance so it was pretty seamless...

    Hogue Stocks

I have built three rifles using Hogue full length bedding blocks. They are good shooters! I put engine pushrods bedded in the forearms for stiffness on all my builds as well as being sure the barrel is free floated.

i have been doing it a while, my family history includes gunmakers in Bedford County PA that made PA rifles for the revolution. I have built several on an old South Bend Heavy 10 lathe. It kicks out some good tolerance and makes pretty good shooters. My 338 was a very tight cloverleaf shooter...

Thanks! I think I will stay with the 338. It always worked well for me. My backup rifle they stole was a pre-salt Browning Hi-Power bolt action in 308 Norma Mag. Hard to get that one replaced, was a great shooter and caliber.

thanks! For clothes i am pretty good as they left those along with my kennetreks, sleeping bags, and underquilt. Other than that I ordered new water filters from katadyn and a sleeping pad from klymit. Have some time to research so now looking at packs (multi-day and single day), building a...

Thanks for the offer, appreciate the thought! Funny thing is they did not take hunting clothes or sleeping bags/underquilt. SG does a good job on things i have gotten there and Vortex offered me 50% MSRP to replace the scope. Good people and companies out there!
