Thanks for all the advice earlier. Finally had time to make one of these up. Pan seared and basted with an herb butter I make. Finished in the oven. Roasted potatoes and carrots, topped with an onion and mushroom gravy made from the drippings.- Jamen

Works great for that!! One side of cation as well is the writing on like the lock un lock or window up and down. Sometimes the steam can take those right off lol personal experience. You can always put a microfiber towl over the end too!- Jamen

Love my steamer!! For the grease and dirt inbedded in plastics works great and tough stains. I just don't recommend on any leather.
