It is crazy to think 54,000 men died in three days on that little field. As many that died during the entire Vietnam war. Over a million pounds of lead were fired! Nine months later when Lincoln gave the Gettysburg address they were still burying the bodies. It's a haunting place for sure...- manitou1

That is not a study. It is wanton supposition. All three of those guys no doubt ate strawberries, ice cream and french fries in their lifetimes. Can we deduce that CJD was cause from eating strawberries, ice cream or french fries?- manitou1

Is anyone on the front range....
Yeah, it is rockin' here outside Buffalo WY. Has been windy for several days but today is the worst. Spitting snow all day but I don't think we will get the 2-5" they called for. Still calling for more snow. Saying 55 mph winds but it seems worse. We get pretty bad wind here at the house...- manitou1

I imagine they will (rightfully so) drop the hammer on him, albeit not as severe of a punishment as many would like to see. I am far from a "wolf hugger" but no animal deserves to be tortured.- manitou1
