    Ruger 22/45 lite is what you're looking for. I'd upgrade the trigger. I also wouldn't bother with sub-sonic ammo. High velocity rounds generally won't go super sonic in a pistol length barrel. Mine, for example, sounds like someone shooting a staple gun with standard ammo.
