In the market for a range finder.

My Sig Kilo 2000 failed during a hunt. It would read random ranges under all circumstances regardless of the distance or target. My hunting partners Sig Kilo failed during a hunt the following season. Virtually identical failure. Both were under warranty and were replaced by Sig. I...

    Caliber suggestions.

If your state allows big game hunting with a .22 center fire, I‘d personally choose a the 77 TMK out of a .223 and never look back. If not, the 95 NBT out of a .243 is another option. The .257 and .308 would both be just fine. If you insist on one of those calibers and you like a svelte...

    Use Enough Gun

The ‘value’ of the smaller chambering is increased accuracy and precision and higher hit rates, especially for new riflemen. Paired with phenomenally designed projectiles, there is no downside related to terminal performance.

    Favorite conceal carry choices

Has your wife figured out a holster? My wife has been through a bunch and currently has two preferred boosters. She carries the Fabriclip Wingman the VAST majority of the time. Works well with a woman’s wardrobe. Other holster is an Alessi Shoulder holster. The fabriclip has been her ‘go...

Best Water Bladder on the Market?

Platypus 3L big zip has worked awesome for me. The reason I chose this model over the standard is the ease in which you can clean and dry the bladder. I’ve had zero issues with the closure.

    ATV Upgrade

Yamaha or Honda is where I’d look first. We have a Polaris that we use daily and I wouldn’t give the thing to my worst enemy. Always maintained. Breaks down regularly. Know a retired ATV/UTV mechanic and he told me that Polaris machines kept a roof over his head and food on his families table...

    Crispi, Hoffman, Schnee’s Boots?

They’re awesome if they fit your feet! Ben had a pair and he TRIED to love them and couldn’t as they simply didn’t work for his feet. He gifted them to a bud who absolutely loves them. As an aside, have you run over to Hoffman’s and tried their explorers or summits?
