The IRS can no longer interpret rules and interfere with businesses because of their opinion, however "expert" it is (isn't). They must follow the law as written by congress. Ice chest rack ideas
For shorter term hunts, where game is stored for a week or less inside the cooler on ice, we vacuum seal deboned meat. The meat is in the largest chunks and bags we can fit in the cooler until we can process it further at home. Then lay it directly on top of the ice, and keep the cooler closed...- Moserkr

Very good point bringing a very real fishing aspect into the question. Thats a huge consideration. If it has the time to turn to thick enough ice, Id certainly say that its within OHWM, or is setting a new boundary for the OHWM, which obviously is not stationary through time.- Moserkr

Can a private landowner change "distinctive" marks? Are floods above the OHWM continuous? WDNR interpreted the law wrong IF the judges ruling is upheld after its likely appealed. Case law like this interests me. Will be a while before its settled.- Moserkr

To me it doesnt sound like the judge redefined the rule. Law clearly states ORDINARY high water mark. An extraordinary flood is not ordinary. Or are all floods ordinary for high water mark purposes? The brooks adrenaline gts was highly recommended in the workout thread and I agree. Great for everyday and running. Maybe light lifting. I would want less cushion and a flatter sole for heavy lifts.- Moserkr
