Good News, Bad News
Shingles are not fun. Had it a few years ago. Came down with it a few days prior to leaving for a fishing trip in northern Quebec. Toughed it out and went anyway. A rather unpleasant week!!- F250

Ethics of removing tree stands from public land
I would suggest a call to the local Warden. They may already be aware of some of those stands and are monitoring them in hopes of grabbing the owner. Also, I expect each state probably has different rules for the removal of such stands. One last caution… if you come across an illegal stand... -

50 or 45 caliber inline?
I switched to .45 from .50 a few years ago. Better ballistics using less powder and less recoil in a lighter rifle.- F250

Elk Caliber and Bullet Choice - 2024
Save yourself some money. If the rifle will shoot Winchester 180 gr Powerpoints, they kill elk just fine… several for me from 100 yards to 437 yards. -

I know many people on fixed income. Get off your high horse sport ! I was fishing this morning with two guys in their 80’s. Both living of Social Security and a small pension. Not everyone had the opportunity to attend college or trade school. Some didn’t even make it through high school before...- F250

Small outboard- Suzuki v. Merc. v. Yamaha

I had an emergency appendectomy when I was in my late 20’s. Three nurses, all of whom I had dated, took turns shaving me between giggles and comments 😂. The anesthesiologist was one of my best hunting buddies. Small town stuff !!!- F250
