Favorite Recipes on a Budget?
Venison burger browned and seasoned liberally. Mix in a can of drained beans (I like black beans). Add just enough sweet baby rays to get the flavor in. Doesn’t take much. Eat in a bowl over minute rice.- Big Bore

New Mexico 16B - Foot Friendly?
We did not have luck. Extremely dry conditions last year and essentially zero water to be found. It was a great trip, beautiful country, and it certainly looked promising but after hunting our tails off, we came up empty handed. And I’d go back in a heartbeat. There‘s more to this of course... -

Thoughts on baiting
Sounds like you have the perfect set up. Specifically the part of having land to yourself. My lease is just west of Junction. Good luck this season.
