Favorite Wildlife Watching moment.
A couple come to mind. Watching a mule deer shed his horns. Sharp tailed grouse doing their mating dance. Eagles killing an antelope. Having 27 mule deer bucks in velvet walk right around me. Having a buck antelope come so close to a decoy I could see his eyelashes and nostrils flaring.- Dakota79

A black bear and two moose were spotted just east of here this summer. Pretty exciting for the locals to see that. -

Temperature change and accuracy question
I have used the CDS turret on my .270 win and for my shot just under 400 yards it was a 50° difference in temperature from when I shot to what the turret was made for and I made the shot on an antelope.- Dakota79

Overpriced outdoor gear
Being paralyzed and still outdoors and hunting a lot I can honestly say that Sitka has changed the game for me. Temperature change and accuracy question
Realistically how much does the temperature have to change to make your accuracy change? For example if I zeroed my rifle when it was 30° out would I see much different when it is 50° out? From my understanding the warmer the temperature the hotter the powder burns making your shot go higher...- Dakota79
