Those light/fan combos are IMO useless. The “fan” barely moves any CFMs. Get yourself a good fan and vent it out and you will be much happier with the results.
If the scope tube is bent/out of round this would explain why it works on the tikka in a different location.
Nikon scopes are IMO not the best quality and it could very well be any number of issues with it. They are also out of the optics business now.

If I’m understanding You installed 2 other scopes on the Sako and they both were good with windage with the current bases/rings.
I would assume the P5 has a bent/out of round scope tube or something internal isn’t correct even though it did work on the tikka.
Are you leveling off the scope...
Awesome year and write up. Looks like you made some great memories along the way also. Congrats!
Is that an ESTEEM hat someone is wearing in the fishing pics?
I agree with others. I wouldn’t true it but I’d use an aftermarket recoil lug and barrel nut.
Are you using the factory stock? I’d probably rough up the lug area and degrease it well. Then bed it and see how the rifle shoots.
You might also look into a bolt lift kit for the 110.
Was this brand new brass? Did you size it all before loading?
Could be any number of things like a bad day shooting, neck tension, incorrect charge weights etc.
I’d load some more rounds and go shoot it again.
Rifle looks great! GAP is an excellent company.
Just curious what dies are you using? What brass? Normally when a load just quits shooting good it’s either a scope or brass issue.
If it is just a replacement card with a new expiration date the refund will go back to your account. If you had to cancel the card and replace it due to lost/fraud then call WY F&G and I’m pretty sure they can update it.
Question on smoking pork spare ribs.
Do they need about the same time/temp as baby backs? Any tips on smoking them vs baby backs?
Going to cook both this weekend. Normally always use just baby backs.
