If you are shopping for a hunting rifle in 7mm Remington Magnum, which I semi-confidently understood from your OP, I would only recommend a Tikka.

I get -19" at 400 yards with 6.5 147gn ELD-M. That's sighted in at 100 but dialed for 232 for a 280 MPBR. That's only 5" low at 300 as well. Excellent hunting round.
