A limit of wood ducks. These were a dry aging experiment starting at 2 day dry age, then 3 and 4 day. 4 day is more tender which makes sense. Flavor profile is equally as good between the 2 day and 4 day. I know there are still variables in this experiment that can't be undone i.e.. cooking...

Your plants are lacking calcium. Use a coffee grinder to grind up your egg shells and add that "powder" to the hole when you plant the seed or seedling
Zucchini and cucumbers are done for me. Got one row of okra just now germinating. Planting the other row today. Tomatoes I'm midway through my harvest. Peppers are coming on now and sweet potatoes are doing there thing.
just a couple updates. Garden is a little bare at this point, still some pepper varieties just starting to flower, okra partially planted, sweet potatoes starting to get aggressive.
