18" shotgun for duck hunting from a kayak?
I hunt out of a sit in kayak. I shoot a benelli M2 with a 28 inch barrel. Rest the gun on the lip of the cockpit (I don't know the correct term) in front of you. The but of the gun is on the floor right at the edge of your seat. The short barrel brings no advantages only disadvantages.- JShane

I'm a complete rookie at this so take what I say FWIW. 2 of us caught 32 Brook Trout on the day. By my standards (Florida) water temp. was cold.- JShane

Belated Honeymoon to Italy
My wife and I were over there last month. Visited Venice, Naples, The Amalfi Coast, and Rome. Had a great time in every city. Trains were a great way to travel, we used a bus to travel from Naples to Pompeii. Vesuvius is rather ominous across the bay from Naples. Food you won't go wrong anywhere...- JShane
