    Yea, that 75% seems high. Having no mortgage, college and/ or private school savings, kids food and clothes, etc is gonna drop the monthly bills big time.

    Are most people assuming they’ll need about 75-80% of their peak years annual income to live comfortably and of similar lifestyle in retirement? That’s what the fininacial websites seem to state.

    At age 50 which is seven years for me, I’ll be going half time- 26 weeks off. I think I could do that for at least a decade or more without burnout and finally pull the plug for good at 63ish.

    Bear camp ended with lots of memories and multiple bear sightings. One guy a small-medium sized boar. I have a few more days I’m planning to hunt more locally, but I’ve had a lot of fun regardless.

    Bear camp in spring with my brothers and friends. We all have come to agree that bear camp is probably our favorite hunting activity of the whole year. Such a beautiful time to be out and then we glamp in a remote Airbnb so can de-tick and unwind in comfort.
