I did post a thread about spring bear in the other game category, that was when my wife and I were going to hunt together. Since then we were offered and took up a free place to stay in Bozeman for a different vacation, she no longer wants to do the hunt. I still would like to but she’s firm on...
I bought a shirt and gloves from them, out of the box the seems were coming undone and after a day with the gloves there were holes in my finger crotches... never again will I purchase from them, very disappointed
I'm looking for anyone to tag along. I'm located in central IL and would like to go on a spring bear hunt in Montana. I could care less if you jumped in the truck with me from home and hauled it out there or I met you there. I am open or any week in the spring bear hunt.
Thanks.
That kinda...
I'll never financially be able to own a vacation property but Ill tell you what I see through my father-in-law vs his vacation house on Lake of the Ozarks, MO. The man loves his lake house and boating but after selling his condo and buying a house the man never stops working on it to enjoy it...
When I watched the video it reminded me of this video this lady filmed from her lake house in my stomping grounds. Both hard to watch.

Never researched bison in Alberta because I heard tags are outrages...? That right? I also called up a guy on a SD reservation that claimed to have free range bison... thought it would be fun to hunt one on the prairie until he said it was $12,000 and they will feed me and process the buffalo...
I see that WY is $2500 for a cow tag, thats close to my cut off for a tag as of now, later in life it might be different. Montana is $1250. I cant find price of AZ on their page. I would guess the travel to Alaska is out of budget.
I didnt see bison on SD fish and game website license list?
So in Montana and Wyoming at my age if I started now I have a decent shot at getting a tag?
I understand the scenario your talking about. I have researched some attacks that were defended off with 9mm and it sounds like it can be done. When it comes to this subject I like the sound of having a bigger gun but at this point I'd rather spend money on hunts. I'll always carry bear spray...
