Kicking Myself
Possible off side shoulder hit made the noise?? My past experience with this has been not much, if any, blood for lack of exit wound. Makes for tough tracking but always found dead within 200 yards- singleshot1

Anyone on here have or chasing a grand slam?
Completed my Grand Slam 2 years ago. Eastern's in Illinois and Wisconsin, Rio in Kansas, Merriams in Nebraska and South Dakota, and of course Osceola in Florida. Colorado Elk 2018
Made what has become a yearly trip to Colorado in the fall to hunt with my brother and a good friend. 2 cow tags and 1 bull tag, managed to fill all three by the last day.
