    Unsuccessful Wyoming Resident. Options?

Which antelope units would you make general? I can't imagine where it would work without exterminating them. I'm sure we'll continue to see it squeeze down to being harder to draw every year, but there are still strategies to get a buck tag every year for those willing to study the odds.

    Game Carts for Elk?

I have a Muddy "Mule" game cart that has worked well for elk. I put a plywood bottom in it to keep the game bags from bulging through the bottom, and ratchet strap them down. Works great for areas that aren't too rocky - I've taken three quartered elk out with it. If there's snow, a jet sled is...

    Poor millennials

As a 35 year old millennial with three college degrees and gainful employment in the public service sector, I hope you replied, “ok boomer.”

    Wildife Task force 90-10, etc.

This shouldn’t be a worry. The average resident hunter is very casual (lazy) and amazingly shitty at hunting.

    Wildife Task force 90-10, etc.

Somewhat related to your question: do outfitters have to provide services for clients who draw through them in the outfitter draw? I expect at some point, an outfitter draw devolves into a hunter paying an outfitter $X,XXX to use their code in the draw. Then you go hunt by yourself. They get...

    Wildife Task force 90-10, etc.

Thanks. For some reason I really thought those percentages were set in statute.

    Wildife Task force 90-10, etc.

Which of the recommendations would be in reg? The splitting/lumping of whitetail and mule deer I think. I’m not as studied up as you and others, but most of the big recommendations would have to be in statute as I recall.

    Wildife Task force 90-10, etc.

The task force is providing recommendations to the legislature, which would have to pass them for them to go into effect. So it’s a long way from over.

    Stolen Deadhead, help!!!

Bummer. I’d bet the antlers were cut off and in someone’s sell pile within 10 minutes of taking them.

Fish Measuring 10’7” Fork Length Caught and Gently Released.

White sturgeon has been high on my list for a long time. I’d be thrilled to land and release even a six footer.

I thought the same. I wonder what we do now that’ll make us feel nostalgic in 2041.

    Ultimate Marriage Test

Wife has the snowballing pile of items in the garage that are “going to goodwill.” I think she expects them to walk there on their own….? I usually cave and take them there after about a year.

I’m not sure what you mean. The 2022 drawing odds are literally the number of tags and applicants in 2022.
