Splitting mule deer and whitetail tags, the Task Force can't see the forest for the trees.
As I understand it, you could draw a type 1 mule deer and type 1 whitetail. They would be as different as antelope and elk are now. I think gen whitetail and gen mule deer would/could also be two separate tags. -
What do I do?
Assuming the rifle has sentimental value, I’d leave the scope that’s on it. Guessing you have other rifles to use when you need more magnification. -
What brand of gun solvent and oil?
I really like Wipe Out also, but haven’t tried many. -

Yeah, I believe the official measurement is at the airport, which commonly has different weather than town. My kids turtle sandbox got left open and also had way more than the official measurement…- madtom

I'm terrible at field judging. Just curious if you guys think any of these bucks pass the 70" mark.
The mass on #8 is kinda cool. Otherwise you’ve found a good bunch of average bucks. Pick one with a shape you like or keep looking for a big one.
