    270 win is an awesome round. It’s simple too. Zero 3” high at 100. O-300 hold on fur. 350 hold high shoulder. 400 hold on the back bone. Dead animals every time.

    I’m probably going to be off man out here. But I would prioritize whitetails over otc elk in Colorado. Much higher chance of success. OTC elk in Colorado sucks. Packing an elk out solo sucks. Been there done that.

    How do you volunteer in your Community?

    I donate a lot of my time to my church and their outreach programs. I also am a board member for Wyoming disabled hunters, and I guide hunters for them in the fall.
