The OTC quotas feel very conservative. Mule deer especially. A lot will depend on the monsoon and how many deer get killed on water in August/September, but I think we will see a lot of units close before the January hunt. It will be interesting to see how it plays out.

Good Luck! Not sure exactly where you are headed but my experience this year is the yellow grass has been taller in some spots making short little pigs harder to spot. I didn't find herds where I typically find them this year, and groups were smaller.

Technically you should be able to and there is even an option to click on after you have submitted. I have tried it on previous draws and the system fails to find the application- even if it is already showing as submitted in the portal. Best advice is do it when you apply.
