Dog attack

Non-hunting vacation- Washington, DC
I’ve been to D.C. twice, once with each of my sons on their high school senior trip. Their teacher was an avid cyclist and put together a trip where all of the kids broke their bikes down, boxed them up, and we took the Amtrak from Southbend Indiana to DC. Costco Tech Pants
Back around Christmas time the cosco by me had the Orvis pants for under $10 a pair so I picked up 3 pairs of them. Figured they be good for hiking, camping, and fishing. I suppose there’d be ok for hunting if you were hunting in warmer weather. Couldn’t pass them up for that price. -

Merino Wool Boxer Briefs
I’ve only tried one brand and they are the Black Ovis brand I believe I got from from Camo Fire. I like them and they were reasonably priced. I definitely buy them again. -

Going to Wisconsin
I don’t hunt Wisconsin but do hunt in the Midwest and I think you have the rut timing way off. I would think it’s more like early November as it is in northwest Indiana where I hunt.- nwihunter

Illinois Dream Buck
Indiana‘s numbers have been getting increasingly better as of late although I’m sure these numbers are coming from mainly private land. The public land options in your area of the state are pretty limited for sure.
