Ya, I gave em' a photo. Kinda a weird picture because it was so steep in that canyon that every time I tryed to position that dang bear he just start sliding again. I also saw IB's photo...very nice.
I was out yesterday and one of the bucks I was watching thrashed a bush. He didn't do it for long or with much gusto, so maybe he was scratching his head. I will say if he was done growing it would be ok, but another inch or two...icing on the cake!
Ya, I'll be around...I have at least a months worth of chores to do
The Trophy Mtn. shop is in Idaho Outdoor Outfitters in Nampa, Allen Burril, I think?

Thanks Moosie...I'd love to come by and see the "Walls of Fame" sometime.
Trophy Mountian Taxidermy is who I choose to do the mount for me. I haven't used this shop before but Allen seems like a good guy and his work is quality.

After 26 days of hunting on three different bait sites, it all came together Tuesday night. After only 30 min, on the first night in a new spot. This guy came in with complete silence. When I looked up to see this brute standing in front of me, I thought I was dreaming for a moment. I passed on...

I have been sitting on that site for 3 weeks. Most of the shooters are only coming in at night. Now, I have two small bears living in the thicket next to my stand, they never leave, and they're eating non stop. Whenever I arrive, if there is food left, they are out and eating.
I have seen that...
