    I mostly stick to the LEM premade seasonings for my sausages these days. They are quick and easy. I’ve done the homemade seasonings but it’s a pain to keep everything on hand before it expires, etc.

    I don’t know, I’m kind of a sissy when it really comes down to heat, I like a little but over do it sometimes. The chile verde I made a while back even made my Mexican buddy at work give up. Lol The chipotle bourbon has just a little heat but has sweetness with the bourbon and brown sugar in it.

    People try it but never have much success either because the building is more hardened than a school or because nearly every employee in that building is armed. That’s why schools, churches, movie theatres, government buildings, etc get hit the most. Softer targets.

    I’ll say about 80-90%. Some of that is on me and my feelings of obligation and some of that is on my wife brow beating me. She wants another and so do I for my daughter’s sake. I know what that means though, their happiness before mine and that’s how it should be but still hard to accept.

    Down here in TX people add jalapeno to everything. We had jalepeno potato salad off the chuck wagon at my wedding. I’ve seen jalapeño ice cream. Jalapeno pecan pralines, etc. It’s out of control! Jalapeno coleslaw is good stuff though.
