We use (and most do) rifle scopes on the single shots. It lets you get a tighter position. The single shot in the photo recoils less than 1/2”.

I have found going heavy for caliber to gain me nothing. The JHP bullets do better at optimal speed. What I mean by that is a 44 is based around a 240, 357 158, and so on.
