No experience with Kenetrek but I had a pair of KUIU Yukons a few years back. They ripped on day 1 of scouting for an elk hunt. Sent them back and got the First Lite ones. They have held up great with no issues

My Tikka 7mag loves 175gr Partitions loaded to 2965fps with RL22. They've been great on elk and deer, never had a moose tag. I only shoot Bergers for match loads.
Zeiss conquest binos are fantastic. Check out a Kowa 15-45 spotter, and the best glass you can afford for your rifle scope. I have the PST Gen 2 but not on a hunting rifle. I wouldn't carry that weight in the field.
We bring a generator to run the chest freezer once the first elk is down. We also pack a grinder and vac sealer to process everything in camp before driving 2 days back home.
1. Only elk: 300 Win Mag
2. Mostly elk: 7mm Rem Mag
3. Mostly deer, some elk: 270 Win
4. All deer and antelope: 7mm-08
Hard to leave off the 30-06, especially since that's what I carried my first 20+ years of hunting.
