    Good chance the factory didn't polish the barrel evenly and you have some texture in the last few inches. Shooting it should smooth it out, or you could study up on using bore paste to polish it up. And I don't mind brass brushes for GP cleaning, but they don't jive well with copper removers...

    Probably the barrel, not the bullet. Id be willing to bet the issue will go away the more you shoot it. You can probably speed up the process with some bore paste.
