    It's not fair. NM ranchers get handed a bunch of tags, and they can use them how ever they want. You know, make the outfitters have a bidding war for them. This is what the wy ranchers/outfitters are angling for.

    I usually make fun of craft beers , and the craft beer universe. And. I'd rather eat a cactus whole than try to choke down a sour ass IPA. But.......Paddlefish Stout, from the Beaver Creek Brewery in Wibaux MT is a very fine beer.

    Your going to get one shot at WY with your points. After you burn them you'll never catch up again. Maybe think about 3 or 4 hunts in an otc state before you waste your opportunity on a learning curve.
