The last hike out on the North Rim of the Grand Canyon sure felt steep on the last leg of our R2R2R hike. Probably any of the slopes we were hunting bear on the east side of the Kenai peninsula seemed to be 60-70° 😁
Got talked into using my AZ points on a late November season by a guide. Had a terrible hunt. Looked around and said “this would be a reall good unit to hunt in SEPTEMBER” and used my ONE permanent hunter Ed point to draw the very next year. Had an awesome hunt on my own.
I’m pretty realistic...
Man those are some great deer folks. I’ve been saving WY points since they started and this year I’ve got a break in my schedule that’s going to allow me to use them. Thanks for all the eye candy.
There is no animal in North America a 6.5-300 WBY will not crush. But the same can be said for the 270 WBY. Look what the lowly 270 Win can do:

Bowhunters of Wyoming breaks out and shows how the funds they raise from the commissioner’s tag are used to go back to the wildlife.
Blows my mind that literally the little league baseball team can get a commissioner license to raise funds for itself.
Ridiculous.
So,non resident Indians will be able to go into designated wilderness in Wyoming without a guide? WYBGO will over rule the Supreme Court...
If they want to go by game management from the 1880 they need to go back to the TOOLS they had to havrvest the game in the 1880. Stickbows and horses. No...
Geez, just because a guy has a question doesn’t mean he has no clue. I’ve got 10-20 points all over the west for everything you can imagine and I still click on posts like this looking for information and things I’ve not thought of. I can only go on one or two hunts per year and it all depends...
