Scope mounting recommendations for Browning X Bolt Long Range
For those of you that have a Browning X Bolt Long Range rifle what did you use to mount you scope with? Did you use the rail or the base/rings from Browning? I have never used a rail before. Is there an advantage going one way or the other? The scope will be a Leopold VX 5HD 3–15x44 CDS ZL2 -

Finally an equitable balance between resident and non resident shed hunting access.
They could just ride around with me and get them out of the tractor tires. No matter how hard you look it seems like a shed pops a tire every couple of years.- Dakota79

Drink tokens
90% of us that play cards are ranchers and we just have a blast. After a couple of drinks you can tell the guys sitting across from you a dirty prick but using much harsher words and everybody laughs. That is until one guy got caught cheating and was punched off of his seat.- Dakota79

Does anybody else have a favorite watering hole that does 321 specials? 3 shots for the price of 2 in 1 glass? During the winter the place downtown does and some guys get a little tipsy when we play poker.They don't have anything special for drink tokens. Just cheap wood tokens with their name...- Dakota79

We have shot several in NW South Dakota that were similar. The nuts were pea-sized and they were in velvet. -

History of Eastern and Western Style Antler Point Count
From my understanding the line where it switches is the Missouri River in South Dakota.I know when East River guys come West River they use the eastern account whereas us West River use the Western count.- Dakota79
