I believe the G&F will work toward taking 25% of the total NR moose and sheep and spreading them out as random tags in different areas each year. They will give that info out at application time. -

SF60 died because a Senator pointed out that revenue bills are required to be introduced by the House according to the Wyo Constitution. I am told it will be reintroduced as a House bill. -

The law should not discriminate, but in the case of trespassing in Wyoming it does. Title 6 criminal trespass requires warning before a ticket can be written. If a person is hunting, fishing or shed hunting, Title 23 trespass requires no warning and as far as I know, no one has gotten off Title...- JM77

This bill is to address a trespass issue pertaining to intent with Wyoming Statutes Title 23 Hunting and Fishing trespass. It doesn't deal with or change Title 6 Criminal Trespass, which was the original charge on the four Missouri Guys.- JM77

Montana Corner Crossing Updated?
This is the same argument used in Wyoming by landowners and outfitters opposed to accessing public land by corners. Apparently, we(public land users) don't understand that those that corner cross are just simple outlaws, looking for ways to trespass to take game and disrespect the deeded ground... -

Late elk for a couple friends
I've never worn two layers under my hunting clothes until this late season hunt for bull elk in Wyoming. That includes a face mask 100% of the time. The wind has really sucked this year. And of course, the elk didn't cooperate until the last day! -
