Greater Yellowstone Conservation And Recreation Act
How will this designation affect the windy pass cabin? I’m all for this designation, and happen to love the remoteness of the greater Gallatin crest. It seems like wilderness to me -

People would be surprised at animals right off the roads. They are much more used to pressure and road noise than people think. Plus the “ i dirt napped this stud 15 minutes off the road and was back at the filling station by 5pm” dosnt sound as cool as “ I dirt napped this stud on my otc... -

Sleeping Pad Comfort
I like expad as well. On the other hand there is one sold at Murdocks that’s wide and a super comfy but overtly not compact. Super quiet( not crinkly) and comfy material.- Rie Bread

Greater Yellowstone Conservation And Recreation Act
The proposal around hyalite in terms of water quality preservation makes sense. Ima guess it’s gonna bring about some minor enforceable rules and that’s it, like mandatory wag bags for backpacking- not that it’s not a good idea to do already , it just puts the rule up in the trailhead sign. -

If you do drive through Main Street it’s best to have sun glasses on and keep looking forward, or no wife in the car. Speaking from experience Let’s get this dead horse to 1000! -
