Pack tents and what are the differences?
Most of the cheap tents will handle a rainstorm. Some tents will handle an extended downpour. I prefer to stay dry.- Phaseolus

Front Range bikers are not flocking here for a reason, outside of The Palisade Plunge (which I helped build) the trails here just aren’t very good. -

Erickson Springs is not on the Grand Mesa. There are three dedicated mountain bike trails on Grand Mesa. There are very many 50” trails on Grand Mesa, none of those are new. Sometimes mountain bikers ride them but they aren’t really very good trails for MTB because Grand Mesa is very rocky. -

I’ll be up there in September with my shotgun. Grouse and Fall turkey need to be chased too. I won’t be down where a person needs to be to find a nice bull though. -

Hiking up to the spot where the Prineville Hotshots and the Smokejumpers died on Storm King is quite an experience. My Wife says I am too much of a stoic and don’t show my emotions enough.
