I've got the 104 too. It is a great daypack and the rifle scabbard is an awesome feature. I will say that it isn't that comfortable when loaded up heavy with a lot of meat, compared to other packs I have. Sounds like the 105 fixes that problem though. Overall, its an awesome hunting pack.

If it had been a baseball game, it would have been a rout.
At a Wednesday public hearing, 38 people opposed removing federal protections for the grizzly bear.
Only two people supported removing protections...
.............B.C. residents, who operate under different
regulations, may continue to hunt and kill wildlife in the area, but members of
the five first nations hope to see an end to that early next year.

I am the worlds poorest rifle shot. If I don't have a good rest, I'll probably miss anything past 60 yds. I carry a Harris pivoting bipod for antelope and deer with great results. I don't really like carying it for elk in timber/steep country or on long hikes. Has anyone tried shooting sticks or...
I don't want to say it'll never happen. Never is a big word. But at this point, there is a better chance of Ithica taking BHR off ignore permanently. :D
Hey pointer, you can collect elk teeth, thumb through wolf shit, and think all the deep thoughts you want. When it comes to what is killing Yellowstone elk though, I'll go out on a limb and say that its not harsh winters, drought, hunters, two-cycle snowmobiles, etc.,etc. Of course I don't have...
Moosie,
your scenario and vote options don't fit the Glen Berry situation. If I saw someone shoot an elk, go up to it, not field dress it, not tag it, and then leave.............I'm pretty damn sure I'd turn them in regardless of who they were.
