I admit I am looking through my lens, of my life experiences and views. But to me a ram hunt looks like something completely different. If you want to stroke a check to go to a ranch and shoot a domestic sheep just so you can call your self a sheep hunter, so be it.- andrew11

Really dumb caliber question
I would agree with what @Backofbeyond said. As well as with the selection of the barrel you are deciding on twist rate, contour, materials, length etc.. A lot of it would depend on what bullet diameter you want, and how heavy, this would determine your twist rate. Then you can also open the door... -
