Hey @BrentD, explain this. Or is it just as simple as the tang sight poking a hole in your face if you're not paying attention? I've never used a tang sight but have always wanted a rifle with one...
Right?! I gave 110% at softball last night, right after I'd just got back into the groove shooting my bow. This morning my wrist is a nice shade of violet, x-rays this afternoon...

It's about habitat, you don't just "put" animals in the field, you have to grow their population. The Front Range in Colorado is a prime example of rampant development gobbling up good habitat. Mule deer and elk don't love suburbia.
I remember when my mom went through that craze when we were kids, we had black widows all over, but suddenly "The brown recluse will KILLLLLLLL YOU!!!!" I found out later they didn't even live in that part of the country...
One of those SOBs got into my engine compartment sometime in the last two days and chewed a hole in my wiper fluid hose up under the windshield cowl
Just glass and glass some more, they are a really fun critter to watch. They're usually busy and will cover all kinds of ground, often the one that just walked out of sight will come right back in another spot. You can usually find the same ones several days in a row in the the same areas too.
I like this list but I'd keep sailing, I got to sail on an America's Cup boat once, it can actually be pretty tough on the body and it takes tactical skill as well.
I was explaining to my daughter a couple days ago that the only sports that should be in the Olympics are ones where a winner...
People are so stupid with drones. I was in Yellowstone two weeks ago, saw 4-5 private (likely unpermitted) drones buzzing around and being generally obnoxious in all the popular places-the waterfalls, Old Faithful, Hayden Valley, the only one I saw that appeared to be commercial was a large...
I think you're both misunderstanding the meaning of a tune. An in-tune bow simply means the arrow comes off the rest straight and true, in my case the cam timing was slightly off and it was kicking the arrow up. It has nothing to do with what your grip is like or what kind or release you use...
A bow is a machine like a rifle, nothing more. Tuning to an individual is not a thing, and if you're 'tuning' a bow to compensate for bad form then you're just messing up the bow, fix your shooting form instead...
This^ I just had Will do mine, picked it up last Thursday and it's shooting great now. I couldn't get a good paper tune to save my life before that, the timing was juuuuust barely off.
