When my buddy had to stash his baby between some portapottys at the billings fair from an active shooter, and then someone getting stabbed up at Walmart in Bozeman…. Yeah I keep the heater 🤣
I realized that too pretty quick. It was all speculation. Poor guy never saw it coming. Coulda been any of us! Sucks because only makes us more weary of strangers and less inviting at camp, home or otherwise. I miss how cheerful and inviting Montana used to be… Scary times.
I’m not the guy to ask @sclancy27 .
I have no professional expertise here; no real quality input besides what I interpret as an average everyday blue collar Montana hunter. As far as caps, I’d pay a lot more to greatly reduce the NR tag allocation but we already heard the gripes about the “law”...
Truly agree. That’s why I haven’t shot one and that’s what I tell everyone that wants to shoot a 2.5 year old 4 point mule deer. They get way bigger than that 🤣🤣🤣
I’m in 3 and I can have 7. I was just being a smartass… You’re not wrong. Does anyone actually shoot 7!!?? Hell no! 🤣 if they lowered it to 3 with One of those being your general tag I’d be fine with that..
Only shotguns with the kind of value for swap is something like @shrapnel collection…. I ain’t got the dough, but for those interested in purchase, what were you hoping to get?
They’re everywhere up T-Fork near West, the far end of Bridgers, all over in the Gallatin canyon, up York way was one of the worst I’ve ever seen. Like a small village…
That’s just the thing, i wish outfitters and guides could only hunt private land, we’d see a lot more public land success, reducing hunter days, and we’d see less congestion from the general public hunting beside outfitters with horses on every good hillside
