WY Preference Points
I did buy points in August, but the web site still only shows what I had as of 6/19/19. It would be nice if the system allowed us to see our current total, but I have confirmation numbers from the point purchases so I'm not gonna sweat it. -

Actual Weight of Meat - Can we be honest?

Leupold scope for 308 bolt action
I put a 3-9x40 Marksman with Windplex reticle on my .308 Weatherby. It costs a few $ less but still has the full warranty, and it works great for my situation, which sounds a lot like yours. I only rarely have opportunity to shoot game further than 200 yards, but do get out West most years of... -

Need opinions for opening day tomorrow
Given how you describe the strutter/gamelands spot, I would be going big woods. But with the forecasted wind, locating a bird is going to be more than half the battle, IMO. Because of that, if I had the time to go listen/look tonight, I'd be trying to catch one going to bed on that big woods...- PAhunter

+1. Very nice place, good pizza. Truck stop over at Manville wasn't bad either; not fancy, but decent food and enjoyed the 'local' feel of the place.
