Sheesh. Nobody is talking about banning nonresidents from enjoying federal land. I enjoy being a nonresident myself. I think that may already be happening.- DFS

With the harvest stats I don’t know why nonresident caps is even slightly controversial. Obviously they are needed.- DFS

I hunted the last 3 1/2 days it was rolling on Thursday and seems to have slowed down from there. Some of that I would attribute to hunting pressure and weather. There is rut activity at the end of October. I have seen bucks chasing the end of October. Either way anytime in November is good for... -

I would get here sooner than later. Yesterday I was watching a nice buck. Very young but had 4 points. I was hiked in quite a ways. It was a lovely morning, all of a sudden the hunters descended upon him and bam he was dead. If they are on public and visablly rutting they aren’t lasting long. -
