Where to stay?
Family stayed in Alamosa for a couple days while we did the sand dunes. i thought it was fine but we didn't really hang out there. I remember the Rubi Slipper being quit good for dinner. -

Garage Heater
We heated are 1000 sq ft cabin with that exact one. Only complaint was it was pretty noisy when it kicked off and on.- buckbull

That stinks. My BIL asked to have my kids dorm fridge and I gave it to him since both kids are in apartments. He keeps it by the pool for beer. Daughter asked for me to bring it up to her apartment a couple weeks ago. Ugh. And its a pressure cooker today. 96 at 5pm.- buckbull

Hornets nest
I helped my dad grab a few. At night he would take a contractor garbage bag and just scooped it up. I cut the branches. Hearing those hornets in that plastic bag was something else. He always threw the bag in the chest freezer to kill them. Sprayed with polyurethane and then displayed.- buckbull

Golden retiever - Ichthyosis
I am considering buying a golden retriever. Medical records of both dam and sire look great however both have Ichthyosis which is a skin condition. In layman's terms it sounds like dandruff, can be mild or extreme. It is a recessive gene but both parents have that gene any pups they have will...- buckbull

Need some HuntTalk wisdom on 5th Wheels
I don't haul heavy very often. tow a tandem axle dump trailer bumper pull and a goose neck trailer to haul a 75hp tractor plus implements. i'd rather tow the goose neck. Try to avoid towing either as much as possible. Not trying to jump on the "stay in a tent or hotel" theme but have you...- buckbull
