Also, prior to 2002 IIRC non residents were not limited to 10% in the breaks. NR hunters comprised about half of the archery hunters. I think it was 2002ish when NR hunters were limited in number. That started a pretty big pushback from landowners in the breaks.
I’m retired from running and don’t miss it a bit. Got burned out from the time commitment.
And, I never came close to the times @Beaver Hunter would throw down in the Bridger Ridge.
I used to run a couple of ultras every year. When I first started, my training was to run. Over time, I incorporated more weights into my routine. The last race I did was a 50 miler. I lifted heavy 2-3 days per week, ran 3-4 days per week, and mountain biked 2-3 days per week. Never felt better...

I see 6.5 PRC everywhere on the shelves. If I was buying new I’d probably opt for either a 7mm variant or a .308 variant.
