I have been through several of them, and the real bad winters are definitely noticable. The two most recent ones in '10/11 and '16/17 were pretty hard on our deer. One noticable difference to me are the group sizes. During the early season, bucks will often travel in bachelor groups. Group... -

I personally think bull ratios in the 50's and buck pronghorn ratios in the 60's are wasted opportunities, especially when my kids can not draw tags. That's just my opinion... -

They just stopped feeding elk on the refuge yesterday. Most of the bulls have already shed their antlers on the refuge. There will be a lot of disappointed runners this year.- appaloosa

I am generally supportive of the proposed changes and like that the majority of doe tags in the hard hit areas are now gone. I am reluctant to continue cutting tags, especially for bucks or bulls, just for the sake of cutting more tags. The Game and Fish has historically maintained...
