Wasted ,no-good, dumbass, useless, unproductive day.

I have not encountered a fastener yet that the M18 1/2" high torque can't deal with. Its seriously impressive. Crank bolts, axle nuts, nothing stops it.

    2024 Garden!

Yeah, they're sunsugars and orange is their color when ripe. My three year old still argues with me when I call them tomatoes because "matoes are not orange".

    2024 Garden!

Had my first tomato sandwich this week. Also a decent haul of cherry tomatoes, serranos, and a few stragglers of beans I missed. Still plenty of squash and zucchini. Got enough cukes for a good batch of pickles. Sunflowers finally opened too.

Wakesurfing article - Good to see some headway on this

My buddy and I were launching to go drop some jugs and there was another truck trying to launch. The guy backing the truck up really didn't know what he was doing but his buddy in the boat kept hollering "no, the other way" every single time he turned the wheel, just to mess with him. One of the...

    Metalworking Hunttalkers!

Shade tree fab shop was wide open today. Decided I couldn't let our new fence be completely wood so I built this gate for it. The posts are 3" pipe, the hinges are 3.5" pipe with the weld seam ground out and a zerk tapped. Frame is 2" 1/8th wall tubing with 3/4 #9 expanded metal for the inside...

    Woodworking Hunt Talkers?

And the "finished" (still have to trim the tops of the 4x4s obviously and I'm still deciding on whether or not I want to paint it white) product:

    Woodworking Hunt Talkers?

Not quite fine woodworking but I've been doing some work with wood on my days off. Set posts last week, braces and pickets going on today. Don't worry though, there'll still be something for the metalworking thread.

Went away for a weekend and came back to a lot of cukes ready to pick, first round of beans, my first tomato (I picked it a couple days to early in my eagerness), and the end of the first squash blitz moving into the beginning of the second squash blitz. Also picked some serranos and sweet...

    PA Sunday Hunting ban repealed?

Wow. I sure do hate that for PA that they're the only state out of 50 that has trespassing problems.

    2024 Garden!

We're pretty close to having a lot of produce to pick. The first squash and zucchini are on the window sill and a few more squash will come off tomorrow. Tons of cherry tomatoes are ripening and I'm watching the first Cherokee purple very closely. Can't wait for that first tomato sandwich. Corn...
