Idaho Seeks to Limit Scope Turrets and Rangefinders
I don't take shots at game at that 500 yard range, but I do use a very capable rangefinder to plan a stalk, seeing where the animal is and then looking for a good path and landmarks to get to a close shot opportunity.- fishing4sanity

AFRICA! Bucket List nears... September.
Kudu was my dream animal on the first trip, so I'm partial to a shoulder mount of that one. Impala and warthog look great as euro mounts. If a kudu doesn't work out I'd lean towards the bushbuck and springbuck. Where are you headed?- fishing4sanity

Spend my money on a chronograph
Having the older style Caldwell chrono, a Magneto, a LabRadar and the Garmin, I'd wholeheartedly recommend to just go get the Garmin and enjoy.- fishing4sanity

Precision Rifle Series

Lead Sled Issues
Like many commenting on here, I prefer to use a bipod and rear bag and can definitely shoot better groups than with a Lead Sled. I think @p_ham in post #19 gives a very accurate answer. I had a Lead Sled once and just gave it away.- fishing4sanity
